Shipping your kitten is a highly organized and safe process. With years of experience, we take every precaution to ensure their comfort and well-being during transit.

Safety Measures During Shipping

• The crate is lined with soft bedding and includes a favorite toy or an item with our scent for comfort.
• Frozen water bottles are provided to gradually thaw during the journey, ensuring hydration.
• Food and feeding instructions are securely taped to the crate for use during layovers.
• Most flights last 4–6 hours, and we monitor any delays or layovers closely to ensure your kitten’s safety.

Winter Shipping Concerns

Your kitten will travel in the temperature-controlled section of the plane, maintained at a comfortable 70°F. Airlines prioritize pets, ensuring they are the last to board and the first to disembark, minimizing their exposure to outside conditions.

The Shipping Process

• Once payment and necessary information are received, we book your kitten’s flight within a day to account for weather conditions.
• You’ll receive all flight details, including times, locations, and the airway bill number.
• At the airport, you’ll need a valid ID to pick up your kitten at the designated cargo area.
